If you don’t know, I am a proud HOWARD UNIVERSITY alum. Yes my school is known for having legendary homecomings, that Biggie, Fabolous, and many of your favorite rappers have mentioned in their hits.

But let’s take a second to be real, for whatever reasons in the past certain homecomings haven’t lived up to the hype. Waiting in long lines, weak yardfests, etc, have all lead to lackluster experiences.

This is the year of CHANGE!

We decided to make this call to action to get everybody involved in a party bus and make Saturday night completely epic.

The bus is crazy, LED dance floor, bar, all the music we love…what else could you ask for.
We will be stopping at various clubs/lounges/bars through the night and just having an insane night on the town.

I know your thinking, damn this is amazing, why has nobody done this before, wowzers…yes I know, it is that epic.

October is here, which means in about a week college kids from all over will be in the streets of NYC for CMJ. It’s an honor to be hosting the Nue Agency showcase for the 2nd year in a row and there is a great line up of some really dope new artists this year. Take a look at that flyer, epic right! Last night Diesel put on an epic concert with some of hip-hop’s fresh faces. Vado, Donnis, and Big Sean all killed the stage to celebrate the launch of Diesel’s “Only The Brave” cologne.

It was an honor to have Diesel hire me to do all the backstage interviews and those should be hitting the interwebs soon. I got to catch up with all the performers along with Common, Questlove, Jim Jones, and Va$htie so stay tuned for that to drop on Diesel’s Only The Brave site. By the way the cologne smells amazing and I’m just telling you what Va$htie, Somaya Reece, and Olivia Munn told me when they took a wiff of my neck .

On Tuesday October 12th in NYC Diesel will be hosting a special concert with some of the top upcoming hip-hop artists in the game (Vado, Nipsey Hussle, Big Sean, and Donnis). The concert is in support of their Only The Brave cologne campaign which Common is spearheading and he will be hosting the show next week.

I’m super excited because Diesel hired me to do all the backstage interviews with the artists at the show! Surprisingly I’ve met most of the guys on the bill before but I’ve only interviewed Big Sean prior to this. I’m excited about the show and from what I hear the ladies love this Only The Brave cologne so that’s always a plus.
